1. What does a summary look like?

2. Can I pay without a credit card?
Due to the speedy nature of our service it's only possible to make payments with your credit card.

3. How will I receive my summary?
Your summary will be sent to the email address you specify on the Order Form. The email address you enter on the Order Form must match the email address you use when paying for the service.

4. What if you can't find enough information on my topic?
In the extremely rare case that we can't find enough information to satisfy your request we will issue an email to let you know. A full refund will be provided to you.

5. How do you guarantee that my summary will be sent on time?
We guarantee 2 timeframes:
A. Overnight (24 hours max.)
B. Three days (72 hours max.)
Regardless of the guaranteed timeframe, we will send out your summary ASAP. Depending on our current number of requests you could receive your summary well in advance of the guaranteed time. (We have completed many requests within hours!)
If we miss our deadline your summary will be sent to you free of charge and your money refunded.

6. Where is ResearchSummary.ca located?
Our office is based out of Toronto, Ontario, Canada. We employ research associates who are located across the country.

7. How do I change my email address for the subscription service?
Send an email to support@researchsummary.ca with your new email address and we'll do the rest. You can also use our web form to send us the updated information.

8. What do you do with my personal information?
OUR PRIVACY POLICY
Researchsummary.ca only collects information to the extent reasonably necessary to fulfill your requests and our legitimate business objectives. We do not sell, nor intentionally share any information with third parties. We may use your personal information for our own marketing and demographic studies, so we can consistently improve our services to better meet our customers' needs.
